First of all, we are very sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied for a specific reason, please let us know so that we can improve the quality of our products. The size is wrong, I want to exchange the product, what now?

The product I'm interested in is sold out. When will the delivery be?
You've probably noticed that some products are often missing. We are a small company and our clothing batches are small. If a product is currently sold out, it will definitely be back! Please use the "notify me about availability" option on each page of the selected product. You will receive an e-mail notification immediately after the stock is replenished


How do you pack shipments?
In line with the "less waste" ideology, we have introduced packaging free from foil and plastic. You will find cardboard boxes or paper bags, decorative wrapping paper and fabric laundry bags. We try to make our shipments pleasing to the eye


Where can I find information about sizes?
All clothing dimensions are provided in the product descriptions


I received a different product than I ordered, what now?
Contact us at info@themiraclemakers.com and we will arrange fast shipment of the correct goods



I received a damaged product, what now?
Above all, we hope this never happens! However, we are still only human, so there is a nano-chance that this could happen. If you received a damaged product, write to us at info@themiraclemakers.com and we will quickly arrange shipment of new goods


Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we offer free domestic (Polnad only) shipping on all orders over PLN 500. This is a standard DHL courier shipment or parcel locker, to be selected when finalizing the order.


Do you ship abroad?
Yes! We send parcels to several EU countries. In the shipping options, just select the foreign one
